1:1 Coaching Program
We will work together over 6 sessions to refine your goals and move towards your transformation.
When we are looking at behaviour change and lifestyle change we need to give the process time. At the beginning of the program we will look closely at your goals and desired outcomes for our time together. Once we have refined your goals you take the lead during each session, working towards what is important to you and starting to develop the skills you need to take the steps and make the change you want to see.
During a coaching program you can opt when and how often we use your 6 sessions. Some clients need weekly check-ins and others might want monthly, it is completely tailored for you and your needs.
